Sarah Ziegenhorn, Executive Director of Iowa Harm Reduction Coalition, and Nicole Novak, a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Iowa College of Public Health, are leading a project to offer “train the trainer” workshops and migrant health outreach sessions in an effort to prevent overdoses and build a network of responders for the opioid crisis occurring within agricultural communities.
