Farmer Survey – 2018

Agriculture remains one of the deadliest U.S. occupations, with fatality rates higher than mining and construction. More effort is needed to ensure that those working to feed and fuel our world have access to a safe and healthy work environment. For more than 20 years, the Great Plains Center for Agricultural Health at the University of Iowa has served this mission by conducting research and education and outreach programs.

Since you know the day-to-day activities on the farm better than anyone else, we are relying on your insight to identify the most urgent health and safety concerns of farmers in the Midwest. This information will help us prioritize activities and resources needed to protect agricultural workers.

Thank you for your time on this important topic – we understand that farmers are very busy at this time of the year. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Please click on the button below to start the survey.
